Nordgreen are a sustainable brand that are every bit the sum of their parts; a watch company that cares about the community and environment. You might remember I first started my love affair with Nordgreen back in January '21 when I wrote an article on the origins of the brand and their ethos.

Nordgreen, founded by two young Danish entrepreneurs, Pascar Sivam and Vasilij Brandt, otherwise known as Pas and Vas. The motivation to make a change, bringing the iconic design to the everyday people, and their passion for watches led them to create an affordable range of minimalist watches which most people can get their hands on.

The Pioneer

Which watch has caught my eye? The Pioneer White Dial - 3-Link is the standout for me this time round. In five different colourways (the White-Dial is my go-to) with four case-colours to choose from. I've opted for some additional extras and paired mine with the black leather gun metal strap. You can also buy the watch and two straps in black and brown as a set which I would recommend and makes for a great gifting piece. I think the link chain strap is also a good option but I have a few dress watches with the link chain strap and would rather this be a casual day-to-day watch for me. Sustainability
