Celebrate For Him by Pepe Jeans | Men's Fragrance Review

Okay so it is the 29th of November and I feel like it is okay to use the c-word in this blog post. Christmas. For those of you who are similar to myself and like to get your Christmas shopping done super early then smugly relax, these posts can help you decide what fragrance to buy him this Christmas.

I have been trying this new fragrance launched in 2019 over the past couple of weeks after I was gifted it at a press event for The Fragrance Shop. The fragrance is called Celebrate For Him and created by Pepe Jeans. It retails at £39.50 for 100ml. The first thing you’ll notice is the bottle. It’s elegantly designed with a cocktail shaker in mind to fit in with the celebration theme perfectly. The bold colours of navy and gold would certainly stand out amongst other fragrances on your shelf. The Celebrate For Her fragrance is bottled in a martini glass, completing the collection.

What does the Celebrate For Him fragrance smell like?

Well firstly it is a very spicy fragrance with a hint of aromatic wood and the depth of a chocolate. You’ll find that when you first put on the fragrance you’ll be hit with citrus notes of lime and blackcurrant and that’s because they are in the TOP notes. These citrus notes will fade away to leave the MIDDLE notes of clary  sage, cinnamon, tonka bean, cacao and juniper and the BASE notes of birch, patchouli and amberwood. I would wear this whilst out on an evening celebrating with friends…hence the name I guess! CELEBRATE.
