Charles + Lee: The Australian Made Skincare UK Launch

Aussies always look so great don’t they! Especially their skin despite the abundance of sunny weather at their disposal - I’m not jealous, much! A lot of this comes does to education around protecting your skin with SPF on a daily basis, but it has also given rise to a number of great skincare brands such as Charles + Lee.

I just wanted to introduce you to the new kids on the block – Australian made skincare label Charles + Lee who have made their way across the pond and are launching their impressive range of straightforward yet efficacious products in the UK. 

The two Australian founders discovered themselves in a dimly lit bar in Melbourne one evening sharing their frustration over the current state of men’s skincare, and as a result, Charles + Lee was born. This sounds like how most of my best ideas are born, so I relate.

With a mission to bridge the gap between women’s spin off ranges and ridiculously priced niche brands, they set out to offer men the tools they need to keep their skincare neat, simple and fuss free with three core ranges: Face, Body and Shave.

 Leaving out the fancy marketing jargon, they won’t tell you the products contain rare minerals that have been harvested by the light of a full moon or that they contain smoked wood chips sourced from an ultra-manly lumberjack wearing flannelette. What they will tell you is the products are effective, affordable, natural and organic with sleek, modern, monochrome packaging.

The products smell great and of course the monochrome branding looks great in any mans bathroom. I’ll be trialling the products during the next couple of months, so if you have any questions please comment below.
