Tech Trends: Must-Have Gadgets for Men in January 2024

Today I want to share with you some of my research I've done into the Must-Have gadgets for men in January 2024. Whilst I do not want to promote the idea that our happiness can be amplified by the procuring of materialistic things, I do believe in highlighting some of the gadgets that can make our lives more efficient. 

A study carried out in August 2022, on Science Direct indicates that gadget loving is related to personal growth, and this relationship is pronounced when consumers pursue engagement, rather than pleasure, as the basis for happiness. Importantly, these effects occur despite the fact that people in our pilot study perceived tech gadgets to be materialistic purchases and perceived consumers of gadgets to be materialistic people.

So let’s get into it.

This one I really like, recommended on the blog Mobile Trans which I recommend you check out. If you love movies as much as I do, you'll love to see your favourite films on the biggest screen possible. By all accounts this gadget is easy to use and understand. Portable Record Player

Something else that caught my eye, is this portable Bluetooth Record Player from Sound Burger. AnkerMake by Anker M5 3D Printer

Now 3D printing is not the kind of gadget that everyman needs in his toolkit, but if you're a car owner, then it could be a very useful device. This Anker M5 3D Printer can print third-party tools and trinkets found on Printables or Thingiverse, but also some manufacturers such as Ford offer 3D files of accessories for cars. 

It was first released on Kickstarter, and according to some of the Amazon reviews, people have been kicking themselves that they didn't get on the back of this gadget from the ground floor. What's more, it can do a really cool time-lapse video from your project (it has a 1080p camera with a light and night vision) and you can watch your project live with the camera away from home. It's no longer on sale at Amazon, but still available from Anker Make for £649.

BOLDR FARA Smart Energy Saving Desktop Heater 

What I love about this desktop heater, aside from its practicality and its capabilities, is its elegance. So many space heaters look like there were destined or designed to sit in a foreman's construction hut. This Boldr Fara is a portable heater that could pass for a Bose Bluetooth Speaker.  It’s strong enough to heat a large room with zone setup, remote access, cost monitoring, and even scheduling, all in a small package, controlled from your phone. And lastly something cheap, and fun. Not every gadget has to boast the latest innovation. Sometimes it can just be the one thing that can get a conversation started at a party, or break some ice.
