We all see the hashtag of the perfect couples chinking champagne flutes on the veranda overlooking the perfect sunset, #couplegoals. Surely there's more to life than trying to outdo our neighbours with staged aspiration? And since when did the zenith for couples become sharing a daiquiri in a beach hut somewhere off the Maldives?
