Outfit of the Day: Smart Western by River Island Man

I can't wait to tell you about this beautiful coat called from the Smart Western collection by River Island. You might want to get it quick because as I'm currently writing this there are only a couple of sizes left.

It's a faux suede fabric adorned with a buckle belted waist. The pockets are side slip so very casual and easy to keep your hands warm in the winter months.

The second limited edition collection from the RI Man design studio, Smart Western is this winter’s complete day-to-night mood.

The collection encapsulates that rock 'n' roll attitude. If you're not living on the edge then you're taking up too much space, kinda rhetoric. Blending smart and casual, the pieces are interchangeable, working seamlessly together and alone. 

This coat makes me feel a tiny bit gangster I'm not afraid to admit. I've layered it over a simple white tee, skinny jeans and burnished brown hi-shine Chelsea boots. 

There are some real statement pieces in the Smart Western collection for the go-getter trend-setters, however I'm just keeping things simple, minimalist and inline with my personal styling. 

The Libertine look might be inspired by lone rangers but it’s definitely party ready, so rally the crew and take it outside. (That's taken from the River Island website. Not entirely sure I know what it means). 

The prices are just nuts. This Smart Western trench coat is £100. Which is very accessible but garments like the faux leather pants for £38 and matching blazer for £60. River Island are really competitively priced right now, with some very forward thinking designs.
